I visited this station to purchase some fuel. I saw on the receipt he took down my details for the purchase incorrectly and then attempted to amend this by writing over his error on the receipt with a marker pen when I confronted him about it. I received no apology, no refund. The customer service was rude, lazy and extremely unprofessional. AVOID.

We believe this petrol station has the lowest prices but I believe we are not getting what we are paying for.I went to fill up as I do weekly but I was having issues with the pump. It wasn't pumping petrol but the figures for the cost were moving. After trying a few times it start to pump petrol but jumped for 56p to £5. I bought 32litres of regular Petrol and it cost me £60. This should not have been the case as the price per litre was £1.599. I queried with the clerk who was quick to say nothing was wrong wit the pump.
A week later I stopped a different petrol station to fill up. It was for £1.649 per litre. I got 34 litres for £56.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out something is wrong with this petrol station. Could be cheaper prices to get us all in the ques but for them to recover cost on the pumps. The lines are so long they won't even bother to check.
Never going back to that place.

These guys are very cheap but forget about Nectar points. Despite displaying all the Nectar promotional stuff, they swipe your card but the points are never credited. They also refuse to honour Nectar promotions.

The pumps seem badly calibrated and showed that a lot more fuel had been delivered than I think was really the case. This might explain the lower than average prices, especially on the A12. Also, nectar points never seem to get credited.

2 FRAUDULENT PAYMENTS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, I put in £25.01 of fuel in my car however when I checked my bank statement I had been charged £391 I returned to the station and did get a refund but only after insisting I wouldn’t leave without one and would call the police if they refused. They wanted me to leave my bank details with them so the manager could issue the refund when he was in. It appears that as well as my transaction for £25 they I’d also put 2 other transactions for around £185 each though using my card details, they gave a poor excuse about owed amounts from other pumps accidentally going though on my card but I am not sure how that could happen. I would avoid this petrol station at all costs.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AT THIS PLACE.
Be careful here, I bought some misters, a chocolate and a packet of crisps, the bloke scanned the chocolate twice and not the crisps, so I asked for the receipt which I checked and challenged. A mistake I can forgive, but was it a mistake, or deliberate. Check your receipts.

Lowest fuel price in A12 London Road towards Ipswich!! Good customer Servise and most of the essential goods are available... only negative was toilet!!
