At 31/08/2020 at 22:40 I've arrived on this store to charge my electric car and buy some refreshments, as well try to use a toilet. As soon as I was entering the store, I asked the Man in charge of the SPAR store if they had any toilets available for my wife, and he with a very rude and disrespecting voice, shouted at us there's no toilet inside, and there's cameras here if you do it on the floor. Who in sane mind will say that to a man? I'm a animal that doesn't understand the basic rules of being polite or what? We had a little argument, I had the urge to fight or confront him, that was really embarrassing for me and my pregnant wife, and we left the store empty, had to wait for the charge of my electric vehicle inside my car, angry and frustrated and go to the next service station. Really bad experience, would never stop here again. Unpleasant coming here and have encountered a person like him. Bad image for the BP and SPAR.

I would give no stars at all but.... Staff are incapable on using the the reward card. This is the third time when I'm refuelling here and lose precious points.

Must be the worst petrol station i have been too. The forecourt and shop looks very dated. Find fuel to be a bit pricey. Staff seem very rude and don't want to hold any form of conversation. BP Please do something with this forecourt.
